Inn at Happy Adventure Rental Facilities

Rental Rates

Half day morning or afternoon $150
Full day until 5:00 pm $300
Evening 6:00 pm onwards $250

Wedding ceremonies or receptions $500 minimum, without food and beverage service $10/person

Conditions for Bookings

Space will be held on a definite basis upon receipt of the required deposit.
The deposit is 50% of the rental rate and is non-refundable.

We require at least 14 days notice for cancellation, if notice is not given prior; the client is responsible for full amount of the rental price.

A 50% deposit is also required on all food orders, this deposit is refundable is cancellation is received 14 days prior.

Prices are current and subject to change on bookings beyond six months.

All prices, unless otherwise indicated, are subject to 13% harmonized sales tax and 15% service gratuity.

The client holding the event will be held liable for the cost of required repairs to the property resulting from damages incurred as a result of an event.

Events:

Meeting room   $150 for half day
Meeting room   $300 for full day
Flip charts, white boards, markers-complimentary
TV/VCR
Other equipment   available upon request

Weddings:

Wedding ceremony, reception   $500 min or $10/person
Wedding rehearsal, showers      $75 per hour
Photos in room   $50
Photos in main area and garden   150/hr, minimum $300
Wine menu upon request

Catering:

Our chef can provide appetizers for your event; we have a wonderful selection of trays and hot hors d’oevres for you to choose from.

Catering can also be provided by one of our catering companies. Outside catering may be done wherever, must fully approve the caterer

***25% discount is applied when you pay for three or more guest rooms along with your event.

Credits and deposits

For weddings we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on rental facilities, remaining balance due immediately following event. This policy varies for business and social events. Call for details.


Cancellations

At least 14 days advance. If notice is not given 14 days before, the client is responsible for the full amount of the rental price.
